FUN FILLED FRIDAY - SIX FLAGS, ST. LOUIS!

Last Tuesday Ryan informed me that him and Brent decided we were all going to Six Flags at the end of the week, which was soo cool with me because I have been wanting to go. They wanted to go Thursday because maybe it wouldn't be so crowded but the weather didn't permit so we went yesterday. It was really pretty outside too. Perfect for going to an amusement park. We had a lot of fun also. Alex was determined to ride this water ride (don't remember the name) that had the huge round tubes that seat 12 people. So we did that and poor Susie got soaked. We were all pretty wet but she got it the worst but it was so fun. We were all laughing so hard. Alex will not stop talking about the screaming eagle roller coaster. That was his favorite. It's one of mine too. Alex could almost ride all the coasters but a few. Only a couple more inches for him. We will absolutely go again next year! Brent and Ryan were the only ones to ride the crazy rides. I classify the crazy rides as the ones that go upside down. Those are out of the question for me except for the batman one. That one doesn't bother me.

Gotta go right now. We are meeting Ryan's mom and dad to go eat in Cape. They kept Cam for us so they're here to bring him back and boy, are we missing him something fierce!

Ok, so we're back from eating and from the park. I just wanted to add a few more details of our day yesterday. After we left Six Flags at closing we headed to Hooters for supper. I love their food. I was bound and determined to go there this time since I didn't get to last time we were in St. Louis. I always get the fried pickles, cheesestixs, and crab legs. Yummy! We all got full and headed for home. Alex rode with Cole and half way home we had to stop so Alex could use the bathroom. And that's when we had the splinter fiasco. Alex somehow received a splinter on the palm of his hand sometime while we were at SF and just decided to tell us when we stopped. None of us had tweezers and it had worked itself in pretty good but it was just right under the skin so Ryan got out his pocket knife and Alex about had a fit. About 5 to 10 mins later with Ryan trying to work it out (really just easily as possible cutting the skin) Susie got out and said she had an idea. She then pulled out a first aid kit which had a funny looking pair of tweezers in it so that helped a lot. Finally we were on our way and got home around 10pm.

That's all folks!
