It's Tuesday around 3 pm and the boys and I are sitting here just watching the beautiful snow fall. Yep, that's right it's snowing. Snow good, ice bad! Alex stayed home from school today because he has been sick. It started last night. He was over at Parker's house playing and they brought him home because he said he was feeling yucky. As this has become a recurring, common thing with Alex we knew he was going to be sick. He doesn't play around. He threw up several times and was up a couple times in the night just gagging because he did'nt have anything left. So I decided then that I was going to call the doctor this time. And this afternoon the diarrhea started. Anyway, the doctors not going to be able to see him until tomorrow and the kids normal doc is out all week so we'll have to see someone we don't know. That's always fun. So if you could keep Alex in your prayers. That this is nothing and there's no serious underlying problem going on. I'm sure they'll want to take some blood and he's not going to like that. I remember when I was a kid and even as an early teen they had to physically hold me down to put any kind of needle in me. I hated those things. Big baby. Yep, that's me and still kinda am. Though not as bad as when I was a kid. I can take a needle now without any force being bestowed upon me but I can't watch them do it and I have to have something to squeeze really hard. haha : )
