My moms famous homemade pizza! Yum!

Last night for supper we had my moms homemade pizza which is an old favorite of ours. Famous with my family and in all the years I had yet to make it until last night. If you know me at all then you know I don't really do alot of cooking. It's not that I don't like it because I do. I just don't do it much. We have a really bad habit of eating out, a lot. Ryan and I have been wanting to try and stop that so we're trying. I was so proud of the way it turned out because it was delicious. It will now be a regular on our supper menu. But not too regular because I'd hate to get tired of it. Plus Ryan gets tired of things fast so maybe I'll only make it twice a month. Here's some pics and at the bottom of the post you will find the recipe.

Ryan snapped this as I was finishing putting the cheese on.

We like alot of cheese! Can you tell?

The finished product! Looks good, doesn't it? Well it was.

And here's one hungry little boy ready to chow down.

~~Homemade pizza recipe~~

2 packages pizza crust

1 cup hot water

1 jar of your favorite pizza sauce

1 bag of fancy shredded mozzarella cheese

And your favorite pizza toppings!

My boys (that's including Ryan, I call them all my boys) just like pepperoni and hamburger on theirs but me, I put mushrooms aplenty on my side plus the pepp and hamburger. I'm a mushroom freak. Ok, now for directions. I'm sure most of you know how to do this without me having to tell you because it is really simple but if you're like me, if I don't have directions I freak. I can't do it anyother way. Yes, I know I'm retarded.

Mix water and crust mix together with a fork. If the dough gets too sticky add some flour to it then place in another bowl that's been sprayed with pam (that's what I use) and also spray the top of dough. Next place a plate over that bowl and make sure you put the bowl on your heated up ovens stove top so it can rise. After 15 mins or so it's ready to be spread out on your pan (I used my broiler pan, at least I think that's what it's called) Knead the dough alittle if you like then spray your pan real good with pam and just keeping spreading the dough out, pushing it to the sides and it will eventually stay. Add your sauce and favorite topping the way you like them and cook for 15 mins @ 400 degrees then take it down to 350 for 15 mins. I checked mine after awhile by lifting the edges crust up with a fork to make sure it was browning nicely. That's it, cut it up into squares and enjoy!

Disclaimer...I'm not good at explaining things!
